PR, Influencer & VIP Manager

We’re looking for a naturally charismatic, highly connected individual who knows how to make things happen. From building relationships with VIPs and influencers to increasing visibility and expanding our network, you’ll play a key role in raising our profile and putting our venues on the map across Phuket and Bangkok.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs, influencers and key local personalities.

• Recruit and manage brand ambassadors.

• Organise influencer collaborations, VIP experiences and special events.

• Develop strategic partnerships with hotels, luxury villas, concierges and lifestyle businesses.

• Generate VIP bookings, direct sales and repeat business.

• Represent our brands at networking events and social gatherings.

• Track activities, commercial results and networking expenses.

What you’ll bring

What you'll get

• Permanent and full-time opportunity based in Phuket

• Salary of 40,000-60,000 THB/Month based on experience

• Sales commission: 10% on eligible direct sales

• Performance bonus: Up to 90,000 THB/quarter

• Networking budget: Up to 20,000 THB/month for approved business expenses

• Full work visa and permit sponsorship, if required.
