Internship - F&B Attendant

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in Food & Beverage Service. That placement will start in August 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities:

One opportunity in one of the outlets or rotation may apply among:  Felix, Gaddi's, Spring Moon*, The Lobby, The Verandah

• Perform a friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive service in greeting and waiting on all guests.
• Understand and accurately deliver the sequence of service, including pre-service and after-service.
• Ensure the consistency of the correct service techniques for all meal periods.
• Familiar with all food and beverage items, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.
• Advise guests on the selection of food and beverage items.
• Properly use of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment.
• Transform information and guest preferences into relevant acts of customer recognition and provide personalised and gracious service.
• Observe and maintain the daily condition of all physical facilities and equipment in the restaurant and make recommendations for corrections and improvement as needed.

General Requirements:

• The Peninsula Hong Kong is open to international applicants for the internship opportunities
• Fluent in spoken and written English (*Chinese proficiency required for Spring Moon)
• Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality
• Passionate about luxury hospitality and guest service
