Early Childhood Teaching Assistant

We are looking for an Early Childhood Teaching Assistant for an international school in Chongqing starting from the upcoming 2026 – 2027 academic year in August 2026.

Job responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment for children aged 2 to 5
• Design and implement playful, age-appropriate learning experiences that support social, emotional, and early cognitive development
• Foster positive relationships with children and communicate warmly and effectively with parents
• Work alongside class teachers to support daily routines, classroom management, and learning activities
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:45 – 16:30

• Experience in early childhood education, preferably with toddlers
• A patient, creative, and responsive teaching style
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity

Salary and benefits

• Monthly salary of 20,000 to 22,000 RMB, commensurate with experience and qualifications
