English EAL Teacher

We are looking for an English EAL Teacher for a high School in Guangzhou. This is a full-time position starting ASAP.

About the school

The school is a private international language school which located in Guangzhou; it consists of Primary, Middle, American High School program, IEP program and a Korean department.

Job responsibilities

• Teach the subject of English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Social Studies subjects to high school students utilizing the AP framework and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments
• 8:00-17:00 or 9:00 -18:00, Monday-Fridayat least one night study, 19:00-21:20, per week.

• Bachelor degree or above in the related subject
• Teaching certificate
• Two or more years teaching experience in the subject
• Excellent communications skills

• Monthly salary from 30,000 to 38,000 RMB commensurate with experience and qualifications
