We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in Food & Beverage Kitchen. That placement will start in August 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities:
One opportunity in one of the kitchens or rotation may apply among: Chesa & Private Dining, Felix, Gaddi's, Pastry, Spring Moon*, The Lobby, The Verandah
- Prepare food in line with training received, following recipes and instructions.
- Ensure quality of all food production according to recipes.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials.
- Minimize and utilize all waste products.
- Adhere to hygiene schedules, cleaning schedules and the Hotel’s guidelines.
- Follow all relevant health and safety codes as stipulated by the Hotel and the local health authorities (FEHD).
General Requirements:
- The Peninsula Hong Kong is open to international applicants for the internship opportunities
- Fluent in spoken and written English (*Chinese proficiency required for Spring Moon)
- Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality
- Passionate about culinary arts and luxury hospitality
