We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our administrative team. This role will be responsible for activities to support the daily operation in Executive Office. That placement will start in February 2027 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key Accountabilities:
- Serve as the central connector for all Festive Projects
- Coordinate cross‑departmental meetings for each festive project
- Provide administrative and logistical support throughout all festive initiatives
- Consolidate and track festive proposals and action items submitted by various departments
- Provide administrative support for Metis’s action plans and follow‑up actions
- Consolidate all guest feedback for reporting and analysis, and share it with the relevant departments for follow‑up
- Coordinate audits conducted by Head Office, notify relevant EXCOM members and department heads, and provide full administrative support throughout the audit process
- Explore and identify new CRS (Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability) opportunities for staff participation to enhance engagement and community impact
- Coordinate all CRS‑related administrative tasks, including documentation, scheduling, communication, and liaising with internal and external partners
- Assist in planning and organizing CRS activities, ensuring smooth execution and strong staff involvement
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all CRS data and required reports to Head Office, maintaining full compliance with corporate guidelines
General Requirements:
- The Peninsula Hong Kong is open to international applicants for the internship opportunities
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin; proficiency in French will be an advantage.
